This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop with Decorixo.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality check

  • Packaging

  • Dispatch preparation

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, international shipping may not be available unless otherwise stated.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times typically range between:

  • 3–7 business days for standard shipping

  • 2–5 business days for expedited shipping (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes

  • Holidays

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order size and weight

We may offer free shipping promotions within the United States.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Verify your shipping address.

  • Check with neighbors or building management.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are not liable for stolen packages but will assist you in filing a carrier claim when possible.


8. Split Shipments

In some cases, items in your order may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (if applicable)

  • APO/FPO addresses (unless specified)


10. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Public emergencies
